It's not hard. A fat fuck like me regularly got a girlfriend before I came out. Just gotta take care of yourself and make an effort to meet them. If it's soul crushing or exhausting you are REALLY doing something wrong.

Shower regularly, shave in a tasteful way, wear clean clothes, clean your glasses (if you wear them), brush your teeth/floss/mouthwash, use deodorant, change your underwear daily, wash your hands after using the bathroom, etc. etc. etc.

Basically...practice good hygiene. Also, don't be weird. Then, just go out and get into social places. Bars, dog parks, volunteer at the food bank/soup kitchen/etc., whatever you want to do. Just be in a place where women exist. Then, sooner or later, if you're not literally repulsive, you'll find yourself a girl who is interested in you.

Don't rely on Tinder/online dating. It's hookup culture and it's unhealthy if you actually want a real relationship. The whole "swipe" dynamic is legitimately dehumanizing.
