If I am uninsured, get a vaccinated for a job and get hospitalized from the vaccine, would anyone be at fault for my well being?

Why would you get hospitalized from the vaccine? Allergy? You have to fill out a form for all that shit, so if you end up in the hospital, it's probably on you.

I believe I heard, but could be completely wrong, that US government already made it so you cant sue Pfizer/Moderna for any vaccine side effects. So, assuming if true, I doubt you could sue an employer.
