For MCU, start with Iron Man and then proceed in release order. Incredible Hulk is, honestly, probably unnecessary to watch. If someone wants to make a case that it's required viewing, then by all means.
For DCEU, at the very least skip the first Suicide Squad movie, you will not have a good time. For the rest, I'd recommend in release order as well. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

MCU - Release order works fine Phase 1 - Ironman, Incredible Hulk (Norton), Ironman 2, Thor, Captain America, Avengers Phase 2 - Ironman 3, Thor 2 The Dark World, Captain America 2 The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers 2 Age of Ultron, Ant-man Phase 3 - Captain America 3 Civil War, Doctor Strange,Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2,Spider-Man Homecoming, Thor 3 Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers 3 Infinity War, Ant-Man 2 and the Wasp, Captain Marvel, Avengers 4 Endgame, Spider-Man2 Far From Home Phase 4 - Wandavision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, Black Widow if you want Black Widow to feel better watch it immediately after Civil War except for the Credits scene, watch that scene anywhere in Phase 4. DCEU This one is trickier but I believe the best version Man of Steel, Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice(Ultimate Version), Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman, Justice League (Snyder Cut), Aquaman, Shazam,Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman 2, THE Suicide Squad Canon version is Man of Steel, Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice(Ultimate Version), Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman, Justice League (Josstice Cut), Aquaman, Shazam,Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman 2, THE Suicide Squad --- Currently Playing: Slay the Spire ...
