Still waiting for S2 to come to Disney+ which judging from DuckTales is gonna take a while.

Really enjoyed the first season though! My only complaint is that the worldbuilding got a little messy, but it's more focused on episodic stuff overall so it's not a huge problem. Eda is so good, Hootie is hilarious, and the animation really pops when they want it to.

They actually released the first 5 episodes! I think the next 5 are scheduled, too. They're putting it out in chunks.

Second season is...I mean it's still episodic but every episode actually matters a lot. I loved the first season 2 but it's absolutely night and day, they turned it up to 11.

About halfway through the first season. Show is really good at times but the King subplots so far are often annoying or boring, definitely seems like that aspect is aimed at the younger crowd more

There really isn't much focus on the school. Maybe like one out of every 4 or 5 episodes has school stuff.

I don't think there's a single regular scene at Hexside in the entire second season. There's the thing with the principal and the thing they do out on the playfield, and that's basically one scene each.

And almost all the Hexside scenes in the first season are pretty important for setup to future events. There are definitely one or 2 duds, though.

+1. I've really enjoyed it.

Plus I definitely felt like a lot of the stuff at Hexside was very tongue-in-cheek and aware of how dumb and fucked up a lot of the Hogwarts elements are. Obviously it's very light-hearted and played with for fun but I didn't feel like it dominated the show.
