No matter if I want a tube of suncream or a new laptop, their prices are better than the average brick and mortar shop and everything's delivered the next day. On the one hand I'd rather not support brutal business practices, but Amazon is the best option in terms of shipping and stuff for most items. I don't know that you can really offer that level of service without being somewhat inhumane.
