Also if you get mad they like it cause you cant do that to them in a higher position.

If you know the specific rules of what they can and cant do and use that in an argument then they get mad and feel belittled by someone lower.

Thats a major issue with most union gigs I've had. Sure you can fight and stand up for yourself, but then there's a big old target on your back and eventually they'll find a way to get rid of you.

Unless you're beyond useless.... somehow those guys seem to get more help from the union than other workers.
