I was able to kick the habit by limiting my soda intake to sprite, there is something about those lemon lime clear fizzly pops that is actually good for you. Sugar in higher doses, especially in adults, can cause a lot of long term effects like diabetes. If you drink 3 sodas a day, you are taking in 3 times as much sugar as you should be, not including what else you eat/drink the rest of the day.
