one where theres actually f2p scrubs, and you can just empty mums credit card and dunk on them. not a "p2w" game where everyone pays, and where theres not f2p to dunk on. and its pvp so you can literally just swipe to delete scrubs

Atm you can spend like 100 bucks to max out your held items in Pokmon Unite and get a massive advantage over others.

The game just came out so that's legitimately impossible at the moment.

gachas introducing new units with better/combined functions compared to older ones or the 'gambling' sense of the gacha becoming essential to making a more powerful unit

also i've played some with the item/skill upgrade becoming a gamble,
(higher upgrade, lower chance to next level and if you fail to 'level up', the whole upgrade resets)
and they'd introduce some other item to protect from that 'upgrade failure reset', making the game even more p2w

Yes, there was/is a game that was very clearly p2w if you ever actually played it.

Navyfield

I love how even looking it up to see if it's still up the text for it claims it's not p2w. Alright...
Unless they drastically changed it, for the longest time the way it worked was... it's f2p. However, you had to roll dice and pay upwards of 100-150 dollars per ship to get great crew stats. Now you might be wondering "just grind" you cannot get the one sailor type free, you gotta buy em. So basically you had to spend money to fill out your crew stations with the elites/veterans, which could die in battle and have to be rebought if enough died.

How effective were they? Try comparing a shell grouping of a dime to the diameter of a tennis ball. Not to mention the range indicators, reload speed, repairs.

It was a neato game for what it was, but good lord was it skewed to having you pay 100+ per ship line if you wanted to actually be decent. It's not surprising as it's korean iirc.

Candy Crush. Seems like some levels are literally designed to be impossible unless you pay for power-ups.
