Even tho 16 was a fairly minor character, I loved his design and gentle passiveness, so I thought it was really cool how it was him of all people that brought SSJ2 out instead of someone closer like Goku or Piccolo. SSJ2 wasn't enough of a visual difference although the lead up was great. SSJ was excellent in both the buildup and transformation. Have him eat up a Saiyan w/ a tail & go Great Ape, then make Cell sack Shenron. Then, they feed him a Sensu Bean & he turns into a Chaos Tree of Might ~ giving our heroes a chance to travel down into his core & cut the head off the snake, bringing back fond memories of the Inner-Buu episodes.
