if it's a cut like ribeye where the fat renders, then certainly.

My buddy ordered $600 worth of wagyu steaks for some friends of his that were in town and we experimented with cooking them a few different ways.

Usually this stuff is the most flavour and fragrant like the skin of a roast chicken. Belly of the lamb and beef is also really good. But like everything do it in moderation.

You can also peel off the skin of the chicken and cook in pan to extract the fat. Then use the oil to make chicken fried rice. I've only had the dish cooked for me. Im not a cook so I don't know the specifics.
