waking up at 4am/5am, cold showers, meditation, and working out?

Wake up around 4:30am.

Have a hot cup and a cigarette or two.

Leave for work by 5:30am starting work by 6:00am.

Work until 4:30pm.

Get home and drink a few beers and have something to eat.

Shower and get to sleep by 11:00pm.

My days off are the same except I sit home all day or go looking for something to spend money on.

Rest of the time I'm drinking booze.

Ive been getting up at 330 am to walk for 7 miles for a couple weeks now before I go to work. Negative is that I basically have to go to bed by 9ish. But the very early start forces me to abandon a lot of dumb possibilities I could get into at night.

I'm a night owl & I hate cold showers.

I get up in the afternoon and I like showering at night is why. I don't need to meditate, my mind is naturally empty of thought. And working out is sweaty and gross, just like sex.

I wake up about 6am and run about 6 miles. That good enough? That also works as meditation for me.

I already have to get up at 6am to get ready for work, and when we're busy I have to get up at 4am. I work out after I get off of work instead.
