In fact I'm willing to bet it was BECAUSE of that inept police work / legal system of the 70s/80s that motivated this vigilante to seek the justice the courts didn't want to deal with. We have to realize there must have been a catalyst for this event.

I don't recall much beyond the scope of typical CE, though the one remnant left (via a quote) is the very summit of peak CE, with a large antenna on top.
