They've lost 2 copies of my social security card in the past 3 weeks or so, and that's the only mail they've lost.

1. On June 21st, I was supposed to get a new copy of my social security card along with 3 other pieces of mail. I got the other 3 pieces of mail, but no social security card. USPS essentially told me to fuck off.
2. On July 16th, I was supposed to get the one that was sent because the 1st one was never delivered. Two other pieces of mail were set to come the same day. I got the other two pieces of mail, but no social security card again.

I need them to do something. I don't want to keep ordering 346723689049670 copies of my social security card only for it to go missing at USPS every time.

Feels pretty hopeless, but the Social Security Administration only sends stuff through the mail.

Got a call back from the San Antonio district office... They're going to look into it and "get back to me within 3 to 5 business days."

We'll see how this goes

I still don't have high hopes, but I don't know what else to do.

I was sitting in a duncan donuts last week while the car was at the dealership and there was a dude in there on the phone with fedex, it was quite hilarious how frustrated he was good luck

Sucks. Hopefully they find it soon. More than likely, it'll be found a month later jumbled up like they found it on the floor or something.

You seem to have a lot of issues with San Antonio based companies that seem public. Is that common for everyone or are you getting the short end of the stick? I grew up there so Im just curious.

I last went to the local post office in my zip code on Friday and asked another guy there about it. He says they commonly lose his packages, too.

As for Mauro Garza and San Antonio Water system... Mauro Garza is just an asshole in general. I'm thinking San Antonio Water System probably tries to get out of paying any and all claims with their made up "immunity" excuse.
