No Heroin is much cheaper to obtain than over the counter opiates, particularly in the states. It is also likely to be laced with fentanyl since it is not regulated the way opiates are. Also cartels are in a handful of legit businesses now. The other day an advocacy group were handing our free cocaine, heroin, and opiates outside the Vancouver police department to anyone who wanted some. Even the cops knew better than to interfere.
