It's not even been one week since this vacation from work and I've completely fucked my sleep schedule

it's amazing how hard it is to get back to a normal sleep schedule but also how easy it is to break said schedule

i spend five days a week waking up at 854am and going to bed around 1245

i spend two days a week waking up whenever (like 11am) and going to be around 2am

youd think it would be harder to stay up until 2, not easier, since i set five days of it up first before the weekend

bed before 1am wake up around 6am.
normally it's before 11pm but inconsiderate neighbor's across from me decided to rev up a car engine for nearly half an hour.

had to get several hours of missed sleep after taking care of the dog so i could complete today.
