They're the best style. Easily drinkable, easy to approach, not loaded up with hops or stupid ingredients like certain other beer trends. Pilsner Urquell should be easy to find. Where about's do you live? Or where do you work, is it a large operation? I actually found a bone-dry Reisling that oddly enough goes well with Chinese food. Generally, I prefer and off dry Reisling though. I actually found a cool red from Armenia. And I've been looking into Alsace. Yesterday though I picked Craigellachie which is a Scotch that uses Coal Killined Barely.
