These massive companies buy the houses by the thousand and renovate them trying to sell them for $500,000+
We dont need half million dollar homes. We need houses selling for like $100,000. We also need to lower rent costs to the point where rental companies sell in droves. The rental properties are all in need of renovations, so they would sell cheap. ... Copied to Clipboard!
