Haven't made this treat in a long time.
Toast some bagels (I used an everything, a whole wheat and an apple cinnamon), melt butter and cream cheese together with some milk (I used Kerrygold and Philadelphia), then layer on some mini pepperoni and top that off with shredded cheddar.
