Whether you harm someone with it is 100% up to you, you have full control over your weapon. An assault rifle left on a table for 1,000 years will never hurt anyone. Whether or not a pitbull attacks you is purely luck of the draw. You cannot 100% control a pitbull or guarantee it won't hurt someone. You can also compile and print out a list of pitbull attacks over the last decade, as well as victim statements and testimony.
