It's probably for the best. The ToS is worded in a way that literally anything can be grounds for a deletion, but fair enough that you have to do some actual bad shit or keep on pushing the issues to actually start getting serious consequences.

But in all fairness I don't dabble too much into the moderation system on this site, and they seem to not want me on the team, so meh.

i don't even have a mod in mind, i just said there's at least one. but everything's so selective. if trolling and flaming and being "irrelevant" ACTUALLY got modded like it's described in the tou, there'd be no site left, and no ad revenue for red ventures

it's a conflict of interest, some do their jobs and keep legit bad stuff off the site that could be damaging as far as the site and its owners are concerned, and then others think it's their free pass to enforce their own opinions.

like when someone here on CE asked why persona wasn't more popular in america, i said because it's anime bullshit, somebody actually marked it, and the mod who deleted it said i can't say that, i have to give reasons otherwise it's trolling

are you fucking joking? okay so just go ahead and mark everyone who says a game is shitty, they aren't voicing their opinion the right way
