While Rand definitely had the ability to hurt Goku, Goku is in a different speed tier than anything Rand handles. And Rand doesn't actually have super human durability. If Goku just blitzed him he'd be done.

But Goku would probably try to tank a Balefire and get erased out of existence.

It was bullshit that Jamie--and from A Feast for Crows--won a tournament that was supposed to be based on prowess. It was fun having authors come in to procrastinate writing their books, but those cage matches were total bullshit.

And yeah I don't think GRRM read much Wheel of Time. Robert Jordan loved ASoIaF, though.
