This. At will employment works both ways. Granted the employer still has the upper hand, just saying. They can't do anything to punish you beyond telling employers who call for a reference that you're ineligible for rehire and/or quit without notice.

This.

I do timeshare sales so when I bounce due to comp. plan changes I will usually give two weeks because the industry is a revolving door. You leave one play and you'll either end up back one day or the managers/Director of Sales will rotate around and you'll most definitely run into again.
