The key to asmr is new sounds and triggers, which is why I hate that YouTube keeps recommending the same videos and so called e-thots because I don't want to listen to any of them, I want something and someone new

"Real" ASMR is whatever sound gives you the tingles/helps you relax, be it done by a sexy/plain/whatever girl. A bear, or anything else.
I'm not fan of mouth sounds and sucking (heck, they actively repulse me) but I don't they are all bad, as many of them aren't just blatantly simulating fellatio so if that is what helps people? Go nuts. I'm just gonna shudder and immediately leave the video. Definitely are some who are just sexy girls, but "sex sells" is a thing in any medium and nothing unique to ASMR. --- ...
