Is this a common side effect? Does it go away? I feel calmer, but physically worse in some ways. I'm only 2 weeks in.

Consider asking your doctor about an anti vertigo medicine like Meclizine. IIRC it's OTC.

Note that Meclizine can make you drowsy(I personally didn't feel drowsy but its a possible side effect) so if your med already does that(or heck even if it doesn't) please check with the doc first. There are other anti vertigo mods too. I also didn't take it with anti depressants which is why I keep saying check with your doc first.

Also is there ear ringing at all?

No ear ringing. Think it got worse now that I have congestion. To be honest I prefer to feel anxious than feeling like this.

Yeah ask your doctor about an anti vertigo medicine or another solution.

Dizziness sucks balls.

I think that's a normal feeling for it, but I don't know about it lasting that long. I felt like that starting out on it too, but it went away faster for me (probably about a week).

I used it along buspirone for a week then left buspirone cause it made the feeling worse. I think it's more a tiring feeling...not sure how to describe it. I'm also sick which could be adding to it.

I was briefly on a strong anti anxiety medicine a few years ago. I was sitting in a class and felt like the whole room was tilting around me when I was sitting stationary. Stumbled a few times around my apartment. Glad I got off that shit fast...
