I'm going to break it down for you
Intelligence -> Mental ability. Babies are naturally intelligent in learning languages and dogs are intelligent in being able to be taught. Crows are intelligent in being able to figure out how to manipulate rising water by dropping pebbles. Education -> Stored knowledge, skills, training. Education is being able to read. Wisdom -> Experience and knowledge in how the world works. You find it in people who ask "Should I do this or not?" Intelligent scientists work to create educated people and also wise scientists write down how not to die from the previous bad ideas from other scientists, and follow them. Intelligence + Bad wisdom -> An octopus getting bored of its aquarium and escaping, only to kill itself because air isn't water. Bad education -> Being illiterates. Bad wisdom -> Being scammed. Intelligence + Education + Bad wisdom = That nuclear engineer who played with an atomic bomb core and ended up sunburning his internal organs. Here you go CE.
