Which is 100% fucking bullshit. The containment vehicle they used directly increased the amount of damage the explosion did. They should definitely be at fault for damages, but won't pay a dime because fuck justice.

Why would you try to do a detonation destruction in the middle of a neighborhood? Also why would you detonate so much explosive when all you need to do is submerge that shit in water for a few minutes and it's destroyed.

They had a bomb squad and everything determine the risks, I would have to assume that part of their training doesn't involve submerging volatile explosives in water otherwise they would have done that
