I have a ton of games I've barely touched. I play them an hour or two and decide I've had enough

I have a giant backlog of games that I'm halfway through or more and it makes me sick to think about playing them

I did beat Metroid Zero Mission and Samus Returns recently. I can't make myself play through Super though. Think I'll try Minish Cap and Metroid Fusion next and see if they stick

I struggle to pick a game but i only play single players. I have so many games but deciding on one gets hard just cause i equally want to play so many that playing none is the most fair choice while being also the worst choice.

This happens to me in multiplayer games. It must have to do with which needs you need the game to satisfy for you. If you're a social person and want to play with people and have a good time with friends, single player games may not be enough.

I'm all for immersion, exploration and feelings of isolation, so multiplayer games rarely work for me

Yeah this plagues me -- it's not like I get bored with the game itself or anything, I just get distracted by the millions other things going on, like my phone, discord, twitter, food, golf, etc... and multiplayer games i tend to enjoy more just by nature.

Last game I spent over 100 hours on was cyberpunk. I did just get Scarlet Nexus and am maybe two hours in after about a week. That's less about me though and more about just not having a chance to sit down and play for several hours

Do you enjoy owning them regardless? Some of my friends/coworkers get mad that they bought a game and still havnt played it therefore its a waste of money.

I like having them regardless and will play them whenever even if way later.

I own a ps4 but i have a few games on xb1 and Switch. They were games i wanted on other systems on sale so of i ever get those systems i have a couple of games ready to go. Like Rare Replay for $10 for example.

I play more single player games but thats just because I like concluding a story as done and putting the game away to experience something else

but lately Alien: Isolation is really irking me.. no matter what I do I just cant get hip to like the barebones systems here in combination with how slow paced the game plays >_>

like the environment isnt scary at all And the alien behaves so erratic at times that its just not fun or feels accomplishing to avoid (it feels good but it feels like a total game of chance with no strategy) the enemy

usually Im a fan of survival horror anything, but this is just flat out boring

its a real shame.. hate when I just wanna play and it ends up a suck fest

I can force myself to play mp on any game i get too bored

This happens on especially longer games too, a shorter like 9-12 hour game is fine but a 60+ hour freeroam or rpg type game and I get burnt out pretty quick tbh

Holy shit. Some reason I didn't know what this post meant the first time I read it >_>.

We play poorly made shit like Gang Beasts and 7 Days to Die. Cause they're fun to laugh at and simple to jump into. We're not really for drawn out experiences that we gotta just sit and watch half the time.

I haven't played an online multiplayer game in years and can't see myself ever doing so again. Single player, story-focused games are what I enjoy most, with the occasional couch co-op thrown in.

Gang beasts is so damn good

My cousin said he never had this problem on his digital copy. I have the disc and it runs like garbage, but it almost makes it even funnier. I couldn't count howmany times we've been paralyzed by laughter of what just happened.

One my favorites was when one the big guys punched me across the level and through the billboard on the Roof level.
