Have you had souffle cheesecake?




Normal cheesecake is way too thick and rich, I never liked it. It's just like eating a shitty chunk of sweetened cream cheese.

Souffle cheesecake is UNMATCHED in fluffiness and has a nice cream cheese flavor, while retaining the satisfying bite of a cake.


I used to make them a lot, but I haven't in a few years. Im eating a storebought one with tea rite now though

Cheesecake is by far my favorite dessert. And I prefer it to be thick and rich. That's one of the things that makes it so damn good.

Not exactly. It's not so gooey/jiggly. It's more fluffy. Though I could have just never had really good flan.

nah it's not like a pudding really. It's a steamed cake, so it's very airy and pretty moist but still has the crumb of a cake :0 The batter still has flour in it but not a ton
