Yeah I think most historians today agree there was a guy titled Jesus walking around during that time. I think there are Roman records of him.

Yes, Josephus, Tacitus, and Pliny all mention Jesus, but keep in mind all of them are writing at least 20 years after the gospels. They are not useful as independent historical attribution. They do tell us that things that the gospels said had permeated into Jewish and Roman culture by then, but... we already knew that. Furthermore Josephus is almost certainly an interpolation and therefore highly suspect as actual historical corroboration.

I for one am very skeptical of a historical Jesus, stuff we should have we don't, stuff we do have is doctored and weird, late, or tangential at best.

Jesus had bronzed skin and hair of wool. He was most likely middle eastern. Though since he is the son of GOD and was a miracle baby I would say he wasn't of any known ethnicity as he was his own ethnicity. But if we go with him being of this earth then I would go with middle eastern or Greek.
