Bitch we just had a year of zero or half capacity resturants and are in a massive labor shortage right now especially in the service industry.

Yes there is a fucking wait. We cannot fill every table and give adequate service. We didn't have enough staff to keep it full BEFORE multiple call offs.. Also all of those "open" table are too small for your group or still dirty. Shockingly enough when a group of 12 gets up it takes more then 3 seconds to clear and clean.

Now fucking wait and when I say 15 minutes give or take a few I mean give or take a few.

So yes don't clutch your pearls when it's been 15 minutes and 1 second.

And if you have an issue address me or a manager directly instead of passive aggressively talking about me to the other guest who just came in.

Now fuck off.
