The game falls a bit short of being amazing due to numerous small flaws that add up, but it's still a pretty great game(8.5/10) and probably one of the best games that Sony has developed and released in a long time. I think the game would have been better if it was also treated a bit more like a survival game like Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater, where Jin had to hunt, gather and buy supplies to maintain his health and stamina, treat and heal serious wounds, but also find safe places to camp, and eat and sleep.
