Somebody tell me about Reverie and the other one. How are they related to everything else?

Reverie is Hajimari no Kiseki and is the next game after Cold Steel IV. It serves as an epilogue to both the Crossbell games and the Cold Steel games while also setting up the next arc in Calvard which starts with Kuro no Kiseki. You switch back and forth between 3 playable characters and their parties and it's kinda similar to Sky the 3rd in that there's a big dungeon to explore sometimes and also side stories with other characters and minigames.

Nayuta is a non-canon spinoff that's an action rpg that runs off the Ys Seven engine.

Hmm part of me wanted to skip Crossbell games after hearing this news, but I dunno

I would recommend not skipping them since Azure is the best Trails game IMHO

Ive only played CS1-2 so far. I dunno between the long ass wait and it not even being dubbed even my slow ass couldve beaten CS3-4 already
