But if youre not attracted to fat women dont force yourself to be with her even if its only her weight coming between you. This stuff should be common sense

Eh, it's more complicated than that. Look at the long-term success rates of diets, even ones that are very successful in the short-term...it's so thoroughly dismal it's downright depressing. There was an especially telling study back in the WW2 era where they put normal people on a "semi-starvation" diet of 1600 calories...a common dieting range. They quickly became utterly obsessed with food, lost interest in things they loved, became unruly and miserable, and most ended up heavier then they started when they went back to normal. Research has also shown that being fat changes your body makeup in ways that promote staying fat and linger even if you lose weight. And that's just for starters, lol.

Obesity rates are even rising in the MILITARY, which is a strictly controlled and physically demanding lifestyle...

To answer the topic, though, no, you can date whoever you want, lol.

Which is why I always advocate for diet and exercise. When recently losing weight, I averaged about 2250 in calories a day but averaged about 750 in exercising calories a day (running and weight training). That puts me at 1500. Even though I was exercising off the extra calories, I felt less starvation, could still treat myself, and keep my metabolism up. I lost almost 30 pounds, but probably more like 40 pounds in fat and gained 10 pounds in muscle.

Yes, anyone can do this. People just aren't motivating themselves enough.
