The Republican made her comments to the Washington Examienr after a group of activists outside Colorado Christian Univeresity protested her appearance and she responded "Maybe this is their job. Maybe they're paid to do it. You see this from extreme leftist progressives because either this sit heir job, either they are paid to do it, or they have nothing better to do, they're sitting at home collecting a cheque and this is their life while we go out and work everyday for them to stay home and not contribute to society. I mean, i don't have time for that. You don't see conservatives doing things like this because we have families to take care of, we have jobs to work at, we have communities to grow and thats our focus, not to destroy but to build. Conservatives now the true value of hard work and not be lazy bums because God teaches us to work hard for what we want. Far-left protesters know nothing but take what we earned and i'm here to stop that" She laid out her criticisms on twitter responding to a protester chanting run and hide as she said "I feel sorry for her cats" The 2 day limited event was a paid attendance of $500 a person featuring Former Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolfe and anti-abortion activist, Lila Rose Demonstraters wore shirts that say "Lauren Boebert is a f***ing terrorits" and "We want to send these worms back into their holes" Boebert said "For them to attempt to attack me but to demoralize our police, that's disgusting. That's not an attack on me. That's an attack on the men and owmen who get dressed every day to serve their communities, who sacrifice and risk their lives everyday. What do these people do other than whine everyday with no sense of work ethic?"
