for me, it's Metroid Prime.

there was a time when I really disliked first-person games, but stuff like Bioshock and Portal 2 helped turn that around, and Metroid Prime isn't too heavy on combat.

if I gave it another chance, I feel like I'd appreciate it a lot more than I did initially.
