This is inherently a "masculine" (but anyone can do it obviously) activity, as it will help increase your testosterone, self-worth, and advocacy skills. A woman likes confidence and so this will naturally increase your confidence. This will also keep you in the moment more often. So you will not be thinking too much into the future or the past. You'll just be here and you'll just be now. Go for it!
