What's the best between 2 and 3 on the PC?

Everyone says 3 is better. They smoke crack. Don't listen to them. 3 is bloodborn with shields. And its very linear.

Three would be the best choice imo. Ds2 is good but its a lot less forgiving and probably not a great starting point for Souls games.

DS2 is at least 1.5x as long as DS3 so thats the one to get if youre only criteria is to pass time.

I personally think 2 is better, although 3 is goddamn pretty since it has current gen graphics.

So 2 is just Scholar of the First Sin, and no DLC or anything? That's the one I need to buy? I'm confused because it says something about updating it, and then something else as well.

3 has a special version with all the DLC on it, so did 2 not have any?

Yeah. That's the version i got and i still thought it was shit. Peeps say gotta play the dlc, it's so good. Well when the main game is so shite i can't be bothered, I'm not going to get to the dlc. So maybe that part is good, but the base game is shite.

Scholar of the First Sin is 2 with all dlc and "remastered" visuals.

as for which one is "better" then id go with 3. 2 is much longer of a game and it has some pretty unique stuff going for it, but its also really inconsistent with its design. for every great level, boss design or setup theres another that will probably piss you off. that said 2 is still good. there is not a bad game in this series.

What's the best early game advice? Good starting Relic? I think you pick a Relic or something at the start of the first one, I know I picked the Key the first time because i wanted this really good Weapon early. This Sword that scaled to your Magic Power

Anyways, seems fun. I liked the first game well enough back when I played it the first time

It had cooler areas, more npc summons to make things smoother, better bonfire placement, and the bosses are cool

3 is great too and you can't go wrong, but for my money 2 sotfs is the best. Just get adaptability up to 20 and get the ring that gives you more life when undead and youre gtg

Target still has a buy 2 get 1 free going on I think they're included. Or gamestoop has them for 20 each, you can get them both for 32 with the promotion going on assuming you buy them both at the same time.

3 is designed and fleshed out better

If I feel like I wanna play something Zelda related I put on Dks3 but if I wanna play something Zelda related I play Dks2
