I dislike Candace Owens, but this topic is dishonest. She said, "to politicians across the world," and then proceeded with the statement in the title. She's basically putting black people on game to this ugly truth as a wake-up call, because this is (supposedly) how politicians view them.

In this one specific instance, shes claiming that politicians view black Americans a certain way. Not that she does, which is what the topic title suggests.

There's still much irony to be found simply on the basis that she of all people is acknowledging that, so yeah it's easy to miss the exact context however it's all the same to her anyway.
