Before the Storm is pretty good.

LiS2 is also pretty good, but they take a different angle with the powers thing where the player character doesn't have the powers but his younger brother does, and your actions influence how he uses said powers.

2 is good, but I don't think it was on the level of the first game. Part of that is that I was playing as it came out over the course of a year, rather than all at once. But also the first game had a mechanic with rewinding time that lent itself to that style of game, and 2 doesn't.
