After working in school systems for like 7 years now there are some things I see adults complain about and then I see like a kid version of them and they never match up.

"Teachers did nothing about bullying" - see many adults say this. Some truth to it. Most kids who complain about it though that I see in the schools ARE the bullies and the people they think are bullying them are just reacting to the shit they do

"The teacher asked for strong volunteers and didn't pick me and it crushed my self esteem" - almost always the girl that gets nonstop attention, way more than other kids.

"Mr/Mrs. X was so mean to me and targetted me" - always the kid that constantly interrupts the class

I'm glad I go in just to help the teachers figure out their smart boards because I have no idea how they deal with people all day

Schools often don't do much about bullying though. It's a fact. Be it they can't or are unwilling.

I remember beating ass and getting my ass beat.
That's it. I don't care about teachers. They're all miserable, some are just not realizing it yet.
