Stadia is the N-Gage tho. Eventually gaming will be what they envisioned. They just jumped the gun and made a really shitty version.

Streaming video games is going to be the future, but the way they monetized the Stadia is just bizarre. When most people think of streaming, they literally think Netflix, which is what the Stadia should've been for video games. Like no one is going to buy a game at full price for a service where if the servers are down they can't play the games anymore.

When I travel for work, as long as the hotel wifi isn't flaking out, I'm pretty much available to just load up any of the games I have and play them on my phone or laptop.

Yeah I thought that's what it was at first, the Netflix of gaming, but then when I found out it was just buying electronic copies to stream it was very weird. I don't even buy those for movies. I'll take a Blu-Ray over some digital stream copy on Amazon or whatever if the price is the same.
