Yeah, she had some funny moments, like when she said "mother fuck bucket" and referred to the santa muerte cult as santa mierde and Batista was like "uhh... santa muerte. It's saint death, not saint shit"

Deb really is awful

She's a complete hornbag perverted slut, is awful at her job, extemely needy and emotional and does genuinely harmful and horrible things.

The show would have legit been better if SPPPPPPPPPPPPOIIIIIIIIILERRRRRRRRRRS

She died in Season 1 and Dex sided with his bro, at least for a while.
I literally cringed when Deb started having sex fantasies about her own brother. Let alone when she fucked some random guy on the blood of Dexter's dead wife.

She's a creep. And not an endearing one.
