Then, he only tapped into Ultra Instinct thanks to a freak scenario involving his Spirit Bomb. Goku did not "achieve" either of these abilities. Jiren, on the other hand, reached those godly heights of power completely on his own, even matching MUI out of sheer will and determination. Jiren is far more impressive than Goku will ever be.
