Im confused. I thought time travel was the worst one because theres no indication that your consciousness is transferred when you time travel meaning using it kills you and makes an exact copy of you in another time (so its not really you).

Not really. Even if you know someone is lying, you don't know the truth (unless it's a yes or no question) and you can't prove it in court.

It would help you not convict innocent people, though.

It also won't help if the subject truly believes in what they are saying even though it is false. I've read comics where someone got past telepaths and lie detectors by brainwashing themselves or altering their memories. They could Light Yagami their way past those things. It wouldn't do a thing against Manchurian candidates.

Anyone in the world like / love you with this power. You want to be BFFs with Tom Cruise and Taylor Swift while banging Haley Joel Osment? You can make that happen.

But each time you use your power you become more an more of just an empty vessel. If you use it say only twice, you could probably actually be overall happy with your life. Something will feel like it was missing, you will have a tinge of regret and self loathing for having used your powers, but you'll get by. you'll know that your relationships that you created with your powers are fake but you can get some sense of joy. but there will be something in the back of your mind, just as you are about to get your happiness that says "ugh, i kind of suck, i shouldn't have done that" which will always stop you from being as happy and fulfilled as you are now.

If you use it say 50 times you will pretty much hate yourself but it will be survivable. You'll know you're a phony, you have a hard time getting real joy out of things, but you can probably self medicate with drugs to forget about hating yourself.

If you use it on every american, you will be suicidal at all times, ready to kill yourself to end your pathetic existence. your hatred of yourself is all consuming. You could become president, but you wouldn't be able to accomplish anything because you are just so overcome with self hatred.

Friend / Lover - Ever time you use your power you love yourself a bit less.

This is a recipe for a vicious world dictator lol

Teleportation - However you have to be able to accurately calculate / map the position in space you wish to teleport to. This includes how the earth is traveling through space.

Potentially could team up with NASA or whomever but youd have to be worth it for them. Unless you can take stuff with you Im not sure how theyd find you valuable, not in the age of the internet at least.
