There's no good way to answer this because they've both got instant win options depending on what they bring to the fight. Dexter might have more impressive weaponry, but some of Jimmy's stuff doesn't have a good counter. Like what do you do against the hypercube?

Jimmy accidentally increased his friend's IQ to infinity (rather, it just kept increasing until there was a risk of his head exploding).

Trust me. For any feat you can come up with for Dexter, Jimmy probably has an equivalent. That's why having them fight each other is a fruitless effort.

I'm sure you're right, but with the feat provided here, Jimmy didnt do it right. He fucked it up. Dexter did it right; so right it pissed him off and he reversed it (successfully). When dexter does his shit it has little to no drawbacks.

Edit: I bet the real question is: if they teamed up, what could they accomplish? One figured out how to solve world hunger, the other figured out global warming with freakin sunscreen.

Fair enough, I know it was all for the comedy affect but you're right. When he tried to give him super powers he messed that up hardcore too.

*I would like to say, Dexter was my favorite show as a child, and I love this debate. I have no idea if I'm right, and that's the best part.

Well shit. I still think dexter would win but I'm 29 now and havent watched either show in well over a decade. I concede, I dont know what to say past that.

Well yeah, but it's not like we have any evidence that she kept it. Unless something was explicitly destroyed, it should be assumed that Jimmy and Dexter both have access to anything they've made previously. Which in Dexter's case means most of his stuff is gone since his lab has blown up a few times, IIRC.
