The video in this picture has him making the exact opposite point the picture is making you think. I only watched the first few minutes, but his first point is, "The top post in this reddit thread is them talking about camera angles and all that and that was the salve that calmed people down, but the top post should have been someone asking, 'Who gives a shit?'"

He also says he's frustrated with gamers online who complain about shit like this.

I wasn't accusing him of anything. I just think going from Twisted Metal and God of War to clickbait YouTube videos where a quarter of the screen is covered in crap that wouldn't look out of place from a shopping network from the early 2000s is sad.

Taking two screenshots isn't much of an extra effort. That thumbnail came up as a suggestion and I thought it was sad. I didn't really think people would actually want to watch a video where a has been rants for 11 minutes.

You need to choose your words better if you just wanted to get across you're disappointed he's not making games. Not talking like a child who says "mad" "sad" "bad" "lad" in different combinations.

You have no room to talk with how bad you presented yourself. That thumbnail got that video 10x the views he normally gets. It's fine.

I think the point in the OP was presented fine. If you think going from God of War to that isn't embarrassing then you do you.

I don't see it as embarrassing. 15k view average with 33k subscribers is respectable and that's not made worse because he the creator of two game series.

I didn't watch it. I laughed that this came up and posted some screenshots.

He had a respected career that had a major influence on video games and now he spends his time on this garbo? I'd feel the same way if Peter Jackson had a 10 minute video talking about people on the internet hating Brie Larson.

It's the same sort of morbid curiosity I get when I browse Cameo. It's like yeah you're making money still but I'd be shocked if they think this stuff is anywhere near as fulfilling or satisfying compared to their peak. At least Cameo takes a few seconds. This guy is shilling out a God of War tier where you can post advertisements over his videos. I just find it rather sad. Like it's pretty obvious that title is supposed to be clickbait where you wonder if he also hates Aloy's new look. Even though the video is apparently just about how much he...doesn't care?
