Yeah. I'm considering trying therapy again. Not to try and fix me, I think it's too late for that. But maybe to try and help me accept this and maybe just ease my mind instead. It sucks, but that's the reality of it at this point.

Id like to find someone to spend the rest of my life with, but I havent put much effort into meeting people cause I also dont mind being single. Im thinking that I need to force myself because Ive heard that the older you get the harder it is to find normal people (in other words, theres often a good reason why the people youre meeting are single).

Not really. Relationships arent for me. They make feel trapped and suffocated. I like basing my life around myself instead of others.

I never gave looking for a partner a chance, like honestly I never seen a person irl that made me want to go "Wow, I want to date them" so I never bothered trying to find someone to spend my life with. Hell that kind of thinking is why I barely have any friends lol.

Though lately I've been pretty friendly with this one coworker. Like she's one of the few friends I've had in my life, and the only friend I have right now lol. And honestly I've been feeling some sort of way about her. But the thing is idk how to decipher my feelings... like am I having this feeling because she's a friend and since I haven't had a friend in a long time I forgot how it feels like to be friends with someone? Or is this feeling is something more? Like I know this sounds dumb but like the feeling I'm having is so foreign to me so idk anything lol

A lot of people like to say oh you just have to keep lookinggggg. Theres someone for everyoneeeee but those people really dont get it.

Its incredibly discouraging when all you know is failure when it comes to that. And maybe part of that is on me for not being able to handle it better, but seriously when all you have are bad experiences, it tends to sour you on things.

Is there any chance it's one of those symptoms that will go away over time? Either way, that really sucks. I live in a Republican controlled state, and it has been difficult to get the vaccine. The state was making it so hard for clinics that I can't even get it at my doctor's office.
