I just made a kick ass omelette that while having no usual additions such as meat, had parmesan cheese sprinkled in the center

There is some ground turkey meat in the fridge, but while that was a possibility, is unseasoned, which brings me to my next point

I believe I could one day make it my goal to eliminate meat from my diet and survive solely on eggs and related best substitutes such as mushrooms

As while meat can be tasty, I cannot just choose to be ignorant and overlook the fact that I am eating a dead animal, whereas if I am eating something an animal made, that is just fine (as long as it isn't another animal)

Then again I forgot, am I eating an aborted chicken? I don't know it hasn't developed yet or it wasn't fertilized or whatever so who cares

So, in short, if I ever become homeless, I am not going to be that guy walking around town with a dog by his side. It will be a hen. I feed it, it feeds me. Win-win winner winner, hen and chicks chicken dinner.

Now if it ever dies... no, no I just couldn't do it :(

WHY LUCY!? WHY!? WHY DID LUCKY HAVE TO KILL YOU

I think he was jealous

Or did he kill the rooster? I don't remember

If you are feeling ballsy, one of the hardest omelettes is to have the Parmesan cheese in the pan in a small broken up layer and crisp up a little, THEN pour the eggs in it and make a sort of french omelette. It takes control not to burn the cheese as well as not to burn the eggs

interesting... I'm kind of confused how you do that without butter/oil and it not mixing with it besides a non-stick pan

That's because you would most likely mostly cook the omelette, sprinkle the cheese on to the top that mostly cooked but still a little runny, then flip it.

Speaking of eggs, if there any difference in taste between scrambled eggs and omelette with the same toppings. They always seem to taste the same? And for the over easy, medium, and hard, its just the consistency thats different for those three with each other, right?

The difference is more textural.

The level of doneness, yes

Most chicken eggs are not fertilized therefore no abortion is performed by eating them.

Damn it, I just ate some stir fry vegetables w/ sausage and potatoes and now I am second guessing my original statement

The grease just blends so well with the vegetables and even invalidates my previous reaction of hating celery (The bits and pieces that came out in mine were so sharp and offending, however my dad did it turned out unoffensive)

I'm pretty sure I still need to keep in mind that meat is just flavored animal filler stuff but however, it is a standard that must be surpassed if I am to uphold my original oath

It's not like it just comes out of the animal that good once you cook it

But I know some people are going to challenge this claim now

My flatulences become heavily offensive after a few hard boiled eggs. Though if you wait to start in the winter at least youll have a way stay warm.

I'm not really a fan of hardboiled. It's like mehhh what's so great about this

I'm sure it complements things or is a decent additive but I have not come across it's specific place on my platter
