Christian Cage ~~made all the younger talent look good while still being booked as formidable, and lost to Jungle Boy.~~ Ex-WWE guys like Big Show and Mark Henry are being used in behind-the-scenes roles, and training younger talent. And basically no Japanese people are going to back up and move to the US for AEW, especially if they are there to work in a backstage capacity. There are a ton of places outside of WWE, but not many at the level AEW performs at.
