I guess exciting but stressful, but it depends what you mean by that exactly.

CPD, exercise, dating, self improvement, new experiences - these could all be considered stressful.

But I guess so is sickness, trauma, financial insecurity and violence.

All types of stress. You will get hit by it at all
times but what is making you stress rotates between a select few to many at once.

Exciting and stressful

Boring and stagnant is the death of my mind, I literally cannot progress without a task or stress in my life to fix or work on. I learn more when Im under tension or stress as sad as it is.

Deadlines have seemingly become the unknown anti-hero and rival I need to maintain but I wish it werent that way tbh

There were times in playing in bands I felt like puking my guts out 10 minutes before going up and the result of my hands being so nervous meant that any semblance of a rulebook for how to play flies out the window and my mind and body just went off the cuff with new guitar licks that could never happen if I stuck around my comfort zone

Maybe this is why I have gray hair at 26 lol
